Marietta (Etta) Miller wins APA-KY Scholarship!

Congratulations to the American Planning Association-Kentucky Scholarship recipient, Etta Miller! Etta is in her second year as a graduate student in the Master of Urban Planning program. Etta’s interest in urban planning stems from her experiences growing up in Louisville, KY. In the future, she hopes to leverage her education in planning to act as a bridge connecting a neighborhood’s history and residents to professional planning practice and help residents address the complex issues facing American communities.
