Steven Koven's research interests focus on issues of public policy, ethics, urban affairs, and public budgeting. He is the co-author of Economic Development: Strategies for State and Local Practice and other books. Koven has taught a variety of courses since 1982 in Political Science, Public Administration and Urban Affairs at the following institutions: Akron University, University of Mississippi, Troy State University-Europe, Iowa State University and the University of Louisville.
