Aaron Rollins is the Chair of the Department of Urban and Public Affairs and directs both the Master of Public Administration program and the Peace, Justice, and Conflict Transformation program at the University of Louisville. His research interests include social equity, cultural competency, organizational effectiveness, and performance management. He teaches a variety of courses for both of the aforementioned programs and serves on numerous university committees. In addition, he is a trained mediator and the recipient of several accolades and awards. He enjoys watching college and professional basketball, football and baseball and is an avid golfer!!!
